In addition to the intensive coursework, the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program provides a variety of opportunities for students to get involved with entrepreneurship outside the classroom.

The program organizes and supports activities, clubs, and lectures on campus, including:

• The $100,000 Business Plan Competition as featured by Forbes Magazine in their January 2010 list of 15 Big Small-Business Contests.
• The Alan Shapiro Lecture Series, an annual series that features distinguished entrepreneurial leaders. The 2011 inaugural event featured the Co-founder and CTO of KAYAK.
• The Lyon & Bendheim Alumni Lecture Series, a bi-annual series that features prominent and successful alumni. Past speakers have included executives from Loews Hotels, SoBe Beverages, Genzyme Genetics and Digitas.
• Internships are offered every year to four students interested in working in an entrepreneurial setting.
• The Tufts Entrepreneurial Network (TEN) a partnership organization between Tufts Alumni and the Gordon Institute's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program helping alumni foster and grow their own businesses and entrepreneurial endeavors.
• Young Entrepreneurs at Tufts (YET) – a group that organizes and hosts entrepreneurial-focused educational and networking events at Tufts.
