As Chief Operating Officer of Autopart International (subsidiary NYSE traded Fortune 300 Advance Auto Parts), Tom pin-pointed core organizational strengths, launched key strategic initiatives, aligned and invested in critical resources and people.
As Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at Sager Electronics (largest privately-held employee-owned electronics distributor in North America), Tom was instrumental to a three-year effort to re-organize and re-position the company.
As President and Member of the Boston School Committee of the Boston Public Schools (largest school district in New England), Tom championed and sponsored the development of policy that resulted in the administrative reorganization and reform of the Boston School Department and the passage of MGL Chapter 613.
Tom received his A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Boston College Wallace E. Carroll Graduate of Management.
