Mary Adams Viola is the Acting Director of the MSEM program at the Gordon Institute and a cofounder
of the Tufts MSEM programme in India. She teaches courses in leadership development, innovation,
and new product development. Dr. Viola has more than 20 years of industrial experience
in both R&D and manufacturing. Dr. Viola received her BS, MS and Ph.D. from Tufts University.
