Where were you in your career and what drove your decision to go back to school?
“I was about 3 years into my career and felt I needed to develop my background further to become a more well-rounded engineer. I found myself in meetings with upper management and wanted to be able to speak to the business as a whole, not just the technical aspects.”
Why did you choose to pursue a M.S. in Engineering Management at Tufts?
“I liked that the program was an intensive 2 years and that I was able to continue my career without interruption. The classes seemed to fit with the direction my career was moving. The way Tufts has set up classes and projects enhances the experience at school and enables you to directly apply your learning to your work life the next day.”
What is your favorite part of the Tufts MSEM experience so far?
“The professors are all very helpful and want you to succeed. They are all knowledgeable in the field and can give real life experiences to further enhance your learning. And, of course, having dinner provided before class is always a plus!”
