M.S. in Engineering Management

In an era where more top global CEOs have engineering degrees than MBAs, we have designed a contemporary graduate program specifically to better suit motivated, emerging leaders in today’s technology-driven world.

The MSEM program offers working professionals living in the Boston area the opportunity to advance beyond their technical knowledge and develop leadership skills that set them apart. Due to this program’s part-time format, students are able to continue working in their field full-time, bringing the knowledge gained in the classroom back to the office over the course of 2-3 years. With this hands-on experience, more than half of our students are promoted while still enrolled in the MSEM program.

Due to the program's format, it is not recommended that international applicants currently living outside of the US apply for the MSEM program. If you are looking for a full-time degree program or have 0-3 years of work experience, the M.S. in Innovation & Management (MSIM) is a better choice.

M.S. in Innovation & Management

The MSIM program empowers recent STEM graduates to reach their potential, becoming driven innovators with the ability to lead global change through technology. In as little as one accelerated year of full-time integrated learning, featuring hands-on exposure to the entire cycle of venture creation, our students gain the skills to creatively solve tough challenges in ways that strive to make the world a better place.

In the MSIM program, you will get the same traditional MSEM education, but with the added benefit of developing deeper insights & experience into early stage innovation, including customer discovery and product ideation. This broader skillset not only prepares you for a career in consulting and product management, but also positions you for a wider range of job opportunities and career paths in the future.
