Local entrepreneur David Greenwald, SK11, spoke on February 12 for the 2013 spring Lyon & Bendheim Alumni Lecture. Watch a video of the full lecture below.
Dr. Greenwald is a co-founder of Relay Technology Management, Inc. and currently serves as Managing Director. He was the 2008 winner of the Tufts Business Plan competition, and an award winning finalist at the $1,000,000 MassChallenge global business plan competition in 2010. He earned a B.S. in Cellular Biology and Molecular Genetics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a PhD in Genetics from the Tufts University Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Greenwald was an entrepreneur at Polaris Ventures’ DogPatchLabs. Prior to co-founding Relay Technology Management, he was an Associate Investigator at the Naval Medical Research Center in Silver Spring, MD. Dr. Greenwald focuses on infectious diseases, cancer and genetics. He publishes his perspectives on the entrepreneurism and the innovation economy on his personal blog.

The Lyon & Bendheim Alumni Lecture Series at Tufts was established by JB Lyon, A85, and Tom Bendheim, A85. Alumni lecturers are chosen because they are leaders who have repeatedly proven themselves with tremendous achievements at the highest levels in their respective fields. The series mission is to bring prominent and successful alumni to campus to share their wisdom and experience with students and alumni.
