Where were you in your career and what drove your decision to go back to school?
I was at a point where I was rapidly gaining more responsibility and making more strategic decisions. I realized in order to get to where I want to be I needed to further develop not only my engineering skills, but also my leadership skills and business acumen.
Why did you choose to pursue a M.S. in Engineering Management at Tufts?
There were several reasons for my decision to select Tufts. I had considered a traditional MBA program but between cost, flexibility, and curriculum, it was apparent to me that the MSEM program was the logical choice.
What is your favorite part of the Tufts MSEM experience so far?
Team based projects, in-class collaboration, and group discussions are some of my favorite aspects of the program.
