Jessica Bartlett

Jessica coordinates the logistics of our Masters in Engineering Management Program. Jessica supports our faculty and staff with special requests, classroom preparation, and serves as a resource for students. She also supervises our team of enthusiastic student workers and oversees our meal programs. She holds a B.A. in English Writing and Ethnic & Gender Studies from Westfield State University. 

Nancy Buczko

Nancy plays a lead role in ensuring effective operations and communications at Tufts Gordon Institute. Key areas of responsibility include: finance and administration, marketing and admissions, and alumni and corporate relations.  She also collaborates with faculty and staff to define and implement key strategic initiatives and organizational improvements.  Nancy began her career as a chemist and worked in industry in product development and technical support before coming to Tufts over 17 years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Wheaton College in Norton, MA.

Carol Denning

Carol Denning joined the ELS team as Program Administrator following many years in corporate retail.  She has held a variety of roles in both Planning and Buying, with expertise in the Footwear industry.  Most recently, she was Director of Category Management for Clarks Americas where she led the successful introduction of Kids Footwear to the North American market. She is responsible for event planning and marketing and oversees the Venture Lab. Carol also provides support and guidance to ELS students and faculty. 

MaryAnn DiRamio

MaryAnn provides support to Tufts Gordon Institute staff, faculty and students. Her administrative duties include coordinating meetings, special events, travel reimbursements, processing paperwork, vendor payments and other finances. She assists students with scheduling project meetings as well as preparation for commencement.

Carla Eberle
Manager, Marketing & Admissions

Carla develops and executes Tufts Gordon Institute’s marketing and communications efforts to meet the overall strategic goals of the Institute. Key areas of focus include: online marketing, website development, and print publications. Carla also manages the admissions process and recruitment efforts for Tufts Gordon Institute’s M.S. in Engineering Management and M.S. in Innovation & Management programs. She is responsible for developing admissions policies and procedures to achieve enrollment goals and ensure an effective admissions process. Carla brings several years of communications and marketing experience to Tufts. Carla holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston University.

Myer Henderson
Marketing & Admissions Specialist

As part of the admissions and marketing team Myer manages online marketing campaigns, email marketing, promoting and supporting admissions events, and advising prospective students about admissions and application processes. Myer brings 15 years of experience to Tufts and holds a BA in Communication from Central Connecticut State University and Masters in International and Intercultural Management from the School for International Training.

Rebekah Plotkin

Rebekah manages the Gordon Institutes operations, including finance, developing policies and processes,  and student and faculty administration. Rebekah brings several years of  nonprofit management experience to Tufts and holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.

Meghan Smith
Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

Meghan works with the marketing and admissions team to raise awareness about the Gordon Institute through digital outreach efforts, including website content, email marketing, and social media, and helps share the stories of Gordon Institute students, faculty, and staff. She comes to Tufts from the Harvard University South Asia Institute. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
