Renae Geraci is a strategic research and workforce intelligence leader with 20+ years of experience uncovering the human factors that shape products, strategy, and business outcomes. She has led research and UX organizations at Google, UKG, Autodesk, and Bose, combining qualitative and quantitative research, behavioral insights, and workforce intelligence to translate complex signals into strategy, products, and experiences that create user and business value.
Renae has been a guest speaker in the Tufts Gordon Institute MSIM program since 2016 and has taught the MSEM Customer Discovery and Solution Design course since 2024. She holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied economics.
