Students Travel to Meet with High-Profile Tufts Financial Network

Last week, select students had the opportunity to travel to New York City to present their innovative work.

Last week, two teams of M.S. in Innovation & Management students and the president of the undergraduate Entrepreneurship Association of Tufts traveled to New York City to present their innovative ventures, goals, and mindsets to the Tufts Financial Network, which includes noteworthy trustees and alumni from across Tufts University.

When asked about the experience presenting her Innovation Sprint, Cellens, with the audience, Srushti Acharekar (MSIM '20) shared:

"I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity. It was such an honor to share the room with some of the most successful and influential Tufts alumni and to see how deeply they care about innovation and entrepreneurship. It was a thrilling and inspiring experience for our team to receive helpful feedback from such a warm and friendly group of alumni, many of whom have had a long-lasting impact on the Tufts community and around the world. Some of the alumni even offered to introduce us to their connections and circulate our work within their network. I am so excited to stay connected with them."
