Lisa Wyman, MSEM ’08, was just named one of the Boston Business Journal’s 40-under-40 winners. Currently the Head of Quality Compliance & Data Analytics at Shire, Wyman is passionate about leadership, developing people and negotiation and recently discussed with TGI how she attributes much of her success to the knowledge and skills gained in the MS in Engineering Management program.
She noted a “trifecta” of components including the technical curriculum, business strategy and acumen, and leadership that set the program apart and allows technical people to become technical leaders.
