Tarseer and UCHU Biosensors win Stephen and Geraldine Ricci Interdisciplinary Prize

On November 15th, the Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies Program celebrated the winners of the Stephen and Geraldine Ricci Interdisciplinary Prize. This prize is awarded annually to student teams that best demonstrate interdisciplinary engineering design and entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of the prize is to promote the advancement of research at Tufts through projects that assist in translation of research discoveries from the laboratory to applications that benefit society. To win the prize, teams must demonstrate the commercial potential of the technology. The 2017 winners were Tarseer Inc. and UCHU Biosensors. Representing for their groups were Noah Hall and Dan Weinstein of UCHU and Jorge Anton Garcia of Tarseer.
