In August, Tufts Gordon Institute faculty & staff were pleased to welcome 67 new MSEM students that make up the class of 2015. Combined with 2nd year students the total 2013-14 enrollment for the MSEM program is 128 students from 75 different companies.
A few facts about the MSEM class of 2015:
- International students from China, Ecuador, Honduras, India and Venezuela make up 12% of the new student population.
- The top three industries represented include: biopharma/medical devices (25%); computer & communication hardware/software (21%); defense/aerospace (18%)
- The most popular fields of undergraduate study include: chemical/biological (20%); mechanical (17%); electrical (13%) and computer science (10%).
