Biography

Ewa L. Winston has been a member of the Tufts Gordon Institute team since 2004. She has an extensive background in higher education in a variety of functions - from teaching in the fields of Education, Leadership Development and Theory of Organization and Management to creating educational programs and assisting students in maximizing their leadership potential.

A native of Poland, she began her professional career as a faculty member at Warsaw University, where she participated in three research teams: "Comparative Education", "Creativeness and Effectiveness of Small Groups", "Hermeneutics of Contemporary Art". She has also conducted independent studies in the disciplines of Theory of Organization and Management and Philosophy, "Optimization of the Organizational Structures and Processes for Implementation of Innovation Activities" and published several articles in main Polish educational journals.

In addition to teaching, she plays a multifaceted role promoting a learning-centered educational environment while simultaneously coordinating all aspects of academic services for Tufts Gordon Institute students.

Ewa received an M.Ed. from Warsaw University and MSEM from Tufts University.
