Biography
Monica Pheifer is currently a Change Management Lead as part of Johnson & Johnson's Vision group. Monica's previous roles with J&J have been across the Medical Device and Consumer Products sectors with specific experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Excellence, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics. Monica is a graduate of J&J's Global Operations Leadership Development program and Shaping Talent & Accelerating Results Leadership Development program. She also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Monica graduated from the Tufts Gordon Institute's MS in Engineering Management program where she received a Distinguished Student award. Monica also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
