The Foundations for Future Leadership Minor gives students an important baseline of skills and knowledge while opening the doorway to a world of leadership and innovation.

For six teams of aspiring Tufts entrepreneurs, over two months of hard work in the summer heat culminated in the Tufts Venture Accelerator 2022 Demo Day.

Meet Amber Asumda, A22, a Tisch Scholar and student in the Entrepreneurship for Social Impact minor who was inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement to create the Black Women’s Empowerment Conference at Tufts.

"The MSIM program prepared me to bring new perspectives to my engineering classes, along with a bit more experience working with different types of design processes," says Ben Webb.

"Tufts has been a gold mine for me in terms of expanding my views and helping me see the world more clearly," says Victor Kao, an MSIM graduate.
